Sous Chef

Due to the ongoing success of the business, we are looking for a Sous Chef to join our team.
Your working week will be 4.5 days.
Set in a beautiful, rural location in the small village of Clyst Hydon, The Five Bells is an awarding-winning pub serving a mix of classic pub dishes and fine dining food, using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients.
The ideal candidate will have fresh food experience in pub or restaurant dining and be passionate about serving great quality food. You would already be at CDP or Sous level working in a high volume, fresh food business.
You will become part of a team that receives national awards like Great British Pub Awards and Top 50 Gastropubs.
This is a great opportunity to work with a fantastic chef in an up and coming gastropub.
